Responsibilities:
- Monitor integrations related support tickets
o Investigate reported issues and resolve when possible
o Escalates to Data Analyst/QA/Devs when needed
o Work with client to UAT and confirm fixes - Communicate root cause, next steps, and resolution of issues with clients
- Manages documentation and implementation of minor Change Requests for
ecomm and retail Integrations (with oversight from Data Analyst). - Provides integration UAT support in coordination with the client for new
implementation & change requests - Assists in maintaining integration documentation
- Continually supports Data Analyst as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, functional consultant, software analyst
or design, technical project manager/owner, or integration related positions - Upper intermediate English (B2, C1)
- Understanding of web technologies such as REST, APIs, Webhooks, Cron jobs
- Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience mapping information flows, user flows and design of entity and process
diagrams. - Management of web request tools such as Postman or Insomnia.
- Ability to create technical documentation and use cases in tools such as
Confluence or Notion. - UAT testing execution and documentation.
- Good communication skills to be a point of contact with Stakeholders (Customers,
Directives Associates, Department Heads). - Desirable: Experience in Ecommerce, Retail, CRM, OMS, SAP, SaaS etc.
